Vegetable fantastic: b is for broccoli rabe

Tried broccoli rabe for the second time: blanched with balsamic vinegrette.

(first was garlic red pepper feta stir fried with broccoli rabe) dinner = rabe+Steak with fresh herb oil and risotto. Result? USA=1 France=0. Thierry officially hates broccoli rabe, but gobbled the steak&risotto. Onto "c": cabbage
